How many keywords can i insert? ![]()
You can insert a maximum of 50 keywords to TwitteRel. Why? Because we don't want to overload ourselve, but mainly, we don't want to overload Twitter with spammers.
How can i exclude certain content based on keywords? ![]()
In general exclution is not supported, but by inserting a 'minus' keyword, you do have to option to exclude certain users. For example, don't insert 'twittter' but insert 'twitter -support' will give you all results from users who tweep about 'twitter' but not the ones that use the keyword 'support' in the same tweet.
How long will tweets be stored? ![]()
Tweets will be stored on our database for a maximum period of 60 days? Why not more.... we think this way we can keep the performance up to a normal speed and it should be enough to built up a great Twitter network if you use our portal on a weekly basis.
Why do you need my e-mail address? ![]()
We don't really need it, but we can sent you any new information about Twitter users with related interests every 6 hours if you give us your e-mail address. If you don't store it, no problem.. You have to logon more to see new tweeps.
How much does TwitteRel cost? ![]()
Well, just as Twitter, it's free of use. You can always make a donation ofcourse. Just contact us for more information about donations.
Why can't i access TwitteRel anymore? ![]()
Perhaps we've blocked you're twitter account for our TwitteRel due to inappropriate use? Want to know more? Just contact us.
How often do you update? ![]()
We try to update our search results as often as possible, at least 2 times per hour, but we don''t update ''On the fly''.
How related are the users? ![]()
We can't promise you anything, but to be honest, we don''t show any user who tweeped about anything just once and we don''t for 2 reasons, it's less relevant, but the main issue? We want to keep spammers away from here and Twitter.
